This is the structure of the medical report that the specialists have to elaborate:

1. PATIENT'S DATA:
Name, age, origin, profession, history, habits, etc.

  2. SYMPTOMS:
Description of the symptoms (indicate the main symptoms and results of the diagnostic tests of the case in question).

  3. DIAGNOSIS:
To make a diagnosis it will be necessary to apply the knowledge that the specialists have acquired and put them in common in order to decide among all the members of the team which disease the patient has.

  4. TREATMENT:
Once the patient's illness is diagnosed, each specialist looks for information on the most appropriate possible treatments.

  5. PROGNOSIS:
The specialist determines how the patient's evolution with the treatment is expected.
